You asked for an exercise based challenge for the rest of this month, so here it is! Your challenge is to complete at least one minute of a deadbug exercise everyday for the rest of December.
What is a deadbug? It’s an amazing core exercise that allows you to work those abs without flexing your neck. I have many versions of this exercise demoed for you over on my YouTube channel which are all linked below.
If you miss a day, you can continue your streak by doing an extra minute for each day you missed when you start back.

It’s especially important to make sure we eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible, but I often find that people avoid purchasing them because fruits and vegetables tend to go bad before they are able to be used.
