​Let us help you to feel the way you have always wanted to feel. We will give you directed exercise instruction tailored to help you achieve your goals. The best part of this option that it allows you to workout at a time that is convenient for your busy schedule and in an environment that works best for you. Take comfort in knowing a professional is behind your programing and will help you to hold yourself accountable. 

Your workouts will be programmed on a weekly basis based on your schedule and your goals. You will receive exercise descriptions and cues as well as videos, when needed, explaining how to complete each of the exercises in your workouts. 
Your Options:
Use this one month package to establish an exercise habit designed to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals. 
Included:
  • Tailored workouts to help you to reach your goals keeping in mind your health history and specific movement patterns designed to be completed in the area of your choice using the equipment of your choice.
    • Five workouts per week. Typically two workouts are cardio based and three are strength/HIIT training.
  • Pre and post consultation to assess goals and acquisition of goals, including eating habits and body composition measurements.
  • Unlimited texts/email correspondence throughout the four weeks. 
  • Four, 30 minute weekly accountability sessions via phone, FaceTime, or MarcoPolo.
  • Weekly measurements.
Price: $200.00
This three month package is built for the person looking to make a change once and for all. Use this package to establish and maintain an exercise routine designed to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals.
Included:
  • Tailored workouts to help you to reach your goals keeping in mind your health history and specific movement patterns designed to be completed in the area of your choice using the equipment of your choice.
    • Five workouts per week. Typically two workouts are cardio based and three are strength/HIIT training.
  • Pre and post consultation to assess goals and acquisition of goals, including eating habits and body composition measurements.
  • Unlimited texts/email correspondence throughout the 12 weeks.
  • Twelve, 30 minute weekly accountability sessions via phone, FaceTime, or MarcoPolo.
  • Weekly measurements.
  • Side by side progression photos every 4 weeks.
