How it works:
Due to COVID-19, we have a variety of options for you to choose from to help you to achieve your goals.
We can work with you via FaceTime or Zoom at prescheduled times coaching you live through your workouts.
We can also send you your workouts with videos explaining how to execute the movements if you’d rather workout more privately.

Country Club of Charleston: Amanda trains at the Country Club of Charleston, located on James Island in Charleston, South Carolina. You must be a member of the club in order to train with her at this location.
Other: Contact us if you would prefer to be trained in a different location, such as your home or in a park near your home or work. We would love to chat with you to see if we can find a solution that works for you.
We currently offer 30 minute training sessions.
