A couple of additional tips from me:
I recommend you store your leafy greens in the freezer. They blend up better if they're frozen ahead of time,
If you'd like a very smooth smoothie, then make sure to include a frozen banana. They'll thicken that smoothie up and give you the texture you're looking for. Just make sure to peel them before you freeze them.
If you want to add more nutrients to your smoothie, you can always add any of the "Boost It" items. I highly recommend flax seeds, ground is fine, and the protein powder of your choice.
