Burst Cherry Tomato Pasta
I love using a pasta that is made from quinoa or chickpeas so I am making sure to get extra protein in this meal. Also, I recommend you look for the cleanest ricotta you can find. There’s a 3 ingredient one that I have found at Harris Teeters, and it’s delicious!
