![]() This snack is incredibly affordable, healthy, and so easy to make! It has been tested by kids and parents, and everyone agrees that it's delicious. I love that this rice cake has a very basic ingredient list. It does contain sugar, but if you know us, then you know we believe that sugar is ok as long as it's consumed in moderation. We do not believe in any artificial sweeteners, so we are happy to provide you with a snack idea that fits our beliefs about what constitutes a health snack. Ingredients:![]() -Any nut butter of your choice -Crunchy Rice Rollers (found at Costco) or any other clean rice cake -Cinnamon Directions![]() 1. Cut rice rollers into fifths or approximately 1 inch chunks. ![]() 2. Spread a small dollop of your choice of nut butter on the least flat circular side (this makes storing them easier). *One of the sides is usually flatter than the other. They store best if the flattest side is the side that is on the bottom and least flat side is the side that you spread the nut butter on.* ![]() 3. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 4. Enjoy!
