How It Works:
- Four 30 minute, weekly accountability sessions (via phone, FaceTime, or MarcoPolo) where we outline exactly when you are going to exercise for the following week and discuss obstacles, wins, highs, lows, etc.
- Unlimited texts/MarcoPolo/email correspondence throughout the four weeks supporting you through your acquisition of this habit.
- Pre and post consultation to assess goals and acquisition of goals (including body composition measurements).
- Weekly measurements.
- Progression photos at the beginning and again at week 4.
Price: Monthly Fitness Accountability Coaching is $50.00 monthly with a 3 month commitment.
