In nutrition coaching, we will work together to find out what your current goals are and where your current skillset stands. From there, we will set observable, manageable, and attainable benchmark goals pushing you towards developing habits that will help you to achieve your overall goals.
The beauty of nutrition coaching with me is that there isn’t one set of guidelines that we impose on each and every client who comes our way. Instead, we take the time to get to know you and work with you in the way that works best for you. Some clients will start with a sleep goal. Some with a goal to eat a set number of calories. Others will start with a goal of drinking only 2 diet cokes a day. I meet you where YOU are and help you work to get to where you want to be.

The process of getting started:
We start with a 15 minute FaceTime or Zoom call allowing us to meet to ensure this feels like a proper coach/client matchup. Here you can ask any questions that you might have and we can get to know one another a bit better.
Next, you sign up for an Initial Consultation. The Initial Consultation starts with your filling out an extensive questionnaire which allows us to learn your current habits, goals, motivation levels, support systems, skill sets, and more. We will take this information to determine proper nutritional guidelines to start with, including adequate calorie and macronutrient consumption, and will recommend general physical activity practices for you to start or continue practicing.
We will then schedule a one hour virtual coaching call allowing us to discuss where you currently are, where you want to go, and in general, how you can get there. We will go over a general nutrition lesson and set you up with those baseline calorie and macro nutrient goals making sure your MyFitnessPal account matches those initial targets. Our goal for the end of that Initial Consultation is for you to feel confident in making healthy choices to help you hit those targets and work towards your goals.

Each week, we would dive a bit deeper and set those observable, manageable, and attainable benchmark goals that will help you develop habits to reach your overall goal. The bulk of our coaching will occur during a weekly virtual meeting to work on any skills that need to be developed, discuss any roadblocks and work to find solutions for them, analyze progress towards the current benchmark goals, and set new benchmark goals as needed. I would be available to you via email, text, and MarcoPolo as needed. Charleston Get Fit will be providing practical solutions, such as recipe ideas, meal planning/prepping tips and tricks, and other helpful suggestions all along the way. I am here to help you so you can work to look and feel the way you have always wanted to.

Monthly Nutrition Coaching is $180.00 with a three month commitment. Your contract goes month to month after that.
