How it works:
This three month package is built for the person looking to make a change once and for all. Use this package to establish and maintain an exercise routine designed to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals.
Included:
- Tailored workouts to help you to reach your goals keeping in mind your health history and specific movement patterns designed to be completed in the area of your choice using the equipment of your choice.
- 2-6 workouts per week. Typically one to two workouts are cardio based and the rest are are strength/HIIT training.
- Pre and post consultation to assess goals and acquisition of goals, including body composition measurements and photos.
- Unlimited texts/email correspondence throughout the 12 weeks.
- Twelve, 30 minute weekly accountability sessions via phone, FaceTime, or MarcoPolo.
- Weekly measurements.
- Side by side progression photos every 4 weeks.
