Buffalo Cauliflower

This is one of my husband's favorite meals and he especially loves the leftovers the next day. 

It's very inexpensive and has virtually no prep time as you can use "steam in a bag" cauliflower and cut down on some cost and hassle!

To come up with the recipe, I played around with suggestions from one of my favorite vegan cookbooks, Thug Kitchen. Their recipe includes how to make your own, vegan buffalo sauce. I instead use Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Sauce. Warning: it's SPICY. You can use any buffalo sauce you prefer and cool it down with a version or ranch that fits your dietary preferences.
